Exchange a Registration or Move Players to a Different League

When a player has registered in the wrong league an administrator can move this player to the correct league.  To change a player’s league, you will need to:
  1. Log in as an Administrator.
  2. Select GamePlan in Control Panel.
  3. Select Common Task> Facility Administration > People from the main menu.
  4. Enter the Player’s Last Name of the first few letters and search for the parent or player.
    1. If you selected the search for Parent then select View Players and the select the player that you need to move
    2. If you selected the search for Player then select the player.
  5. Select the Exchange icon located to the right of the player’s current league as shown below after the player information has been displayed
  1. Click on this icon and the wizard will start and click Next.
  1. Select the correct league registration that you wish to move the player to as shown below then click Next.
  1. Verify the player information and click Next.
  2. Verify the correct amounts and click on Begin Checkout.
  3. Verify Billing information and click on Submit Order for Processing
  4. Verify that the charge is correct and click on Finish. This will process all of the transactions necessary to move the player to the new league.
  1. Select the item or items you wish to move and click Next.
  2. Now select the order you wish to move the item(s) to or search for a different account as shown below and click Next.
  1. The registration or item(s) will be moved to the selected order or account.
