Add or Edit Registration or Item Descriptions

Registrations
To add a New or Edit a Registration or Item Description:

  1. Login as an Administrator.
  2. Select GamePlan in Control Panel.
  3. Select E-Commerce> Registrations and Merchandise
  4. Select the desired department, usually Player Registrations
  5. Select the desired Registration Item to be edited.
  6. Next scroll down to Short Description
  7. The RadText Editor is now displayed and ready to create or edit the short description of the selected registration or merchandise item.
  8. Expand the Editor by snagging the Grabber in the lower right corner and dragging to the desired size.
  9. Create or edit content for the Short Description (see below)
  10. Format the content text as needed with font styles, etc.
  11. Note: If copying an existing item description or content from another source, be sure to use the paste function.
  12. After proofreading and formatting are completed, click SAVE to save the new content.
  13. Repeat steps 7 - 13 for the Long Description (see below)
  14. Review the content by returning to the desired registration page. Select the desired registration or merchandise item.
  15. Short Description displayed on Registration or Merchandise page



    Long Description displayed after clicking Add to Cart or Learn More
  16. Hint: If copying a Registration or Merchandise Item description using the Copy a League function, the Long Description will be copied as the Short Description. Please review and edit accordingly.
